NXT Evolution is a boutique advisory firm founded by Soumeya Rachedi, an international lawyer and strategist specializing in multi-stakeholder negotiation and ecosystem design.
After years advising governments, DFIs, and global NGOs across Africa and the Middle East, she saw a clear pattern: visionary projects weren't failing from lack of ambition—they were failing from fragmentation and misalignment.
